Sourced from small family farms within the westcountry, our mutton comes from mature sheep that roam freely across rolling pastures, grazing on a diverse diet of grasses and herbs. This natural and slow lifestyle not only enhances the meat’s tenderness but also infuses it with a depth of flavour that is truly exceptional.

We know there are stereotypes around frozen food, but we do things a little differently to make sure our produce is of the highest quality. We follow a blast freezing process, unlike conventional freezing, which keeps the ice crystals formed as small as possible, so that it does not affect the taste or texture of the meat.

The end result is naturally preserved produce, without relying on artificial preservatives, that is professionally frozen by our team of master butchers at its peak quality, ready for you to enjoy at your convenience.
