Our Grass-Fed Lamb is sourced directly from our farm. Grazing the rolling pastures of the Blackdown Hills in Devon, our lambs roam from field to field, grazing the rich grasslands of the idyllic Devon countryside throughout their entire lives.

We exclusively source Old Season Lamb, often referred to as Hogget, rather than the more common spring lamb. Spring lambs are typically between 3 and 6 months old and are often fed supplements within an intensive system to achieve faster growth for specific markets, such as Easter. In contrast, Old Season Lamb/Hoggets are aged between 8 and 15 months. These lambs are reared extensively on a purely forage-based diet. It is this combination of a natural diet and slow maturation that results in a flavour of lamb you’ve never experienced before.

Our lamb is a true testament to West Country food. Whether roasted, grilled, or stewed, our grass-fed, free-range lamb delivers an exquisite culinary experience that captures the essence of our farm and the rich heritage of British agriculture.
