Cooking your boneless turkey breast couldn’t be easier.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / Gas Mark 4.
Remove the turkey breast from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature.
Place in a roasting tin, drizzle with oil or brush with melted butter, and season generously with salt and pepper.
Roast for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the joint (about 40 minutes per kilo).
Check the internal temperature has reached 75°C before removing from the oven.
Rest for 20–30 minutes before carving, this keeps the meat juicy and full of flavour.
