This natural upbringing not only enriches the flavour but also enhances the tenderness of the meat. Expertly dry-aged for 28 days by master butchers, our beef delivers a depth of flavour and a succulent texture that elevates every meal.

We know there are stereotypes around frozen food, but we do things a little differently to make sure our produce is of the highest quality. We follow a blast freezing process, unlike conventional freezing, which keeps the ice crystals formed as small as possible, so that it does not affect the taste or texture of the meat.

The end result is naturally preserved produce, without relying on artificial preservatives, that is professionally frozen by our team of master butchers at its peak quality, ready for you to enjoy at your convenience.
