Will, who has been farming from a young age, oversees our flock of heritage-breed sheep with great care, aided by Jon, our loyal sheepdog. We take great pride in rearing our lambs naturally, allowing them to graze exclusively on lush forage and nutrient-rich grasslands as part of a sustainable, regenerative farming system.
