This product arrives frozen. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 5 days.

We know there are stereotypes around frozen food, but we do things a little differently to make sure our produce is of the highest quality. We follow a blast freezing process, unlike conventional freezing, which keeps the ice crystals formed as small as possible, so that it does not affect the taste or texture of the meat. The end result is naturally preserved produce, without relying on artificial preservatives, that is professionally frozen by our team of master butchers at its peak quality, ready for you to enjoy at your convenience. Cooking your boneless turkey breast couldn’t be easier. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / Gas Mark 4. Remove the stuffed turkey breast from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature. Place the joint in a roasting tin. No need for extra fat – the bacon wrapping keeps it moist and adds flavour. Roast for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on size (around 40 minutes per kilo). Check the internal temperature has reached 75°C to ensure it’s fully cooked. Rest for 20–30 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute. The bacon keeps the turkey breast succulent and adds a rich, smoky finish, while the stuffing makes carving simple and mess-free — an effortless centrepiece for your festive table.
