Cooking your boneless turkey breast couldn’t be easier.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / Gas Mark 4.
Remove the stuffed turkey breast from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
Place the joint in a roasting tin. No need for extra fat – the bacon wrapping keeps it moist and adds flavour.
Roast for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on size (around 40 minutes per kilo).
Check the internal temperature has reached 75°C to ensure it’s fully cooked.
Rest for 20–30 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute.
The bacon keeps the turkey breast succulent and adds a rich, smoky finish, while the stuffing makes carving simple and mess-free — an effortless centrepiece for your festive table.
This product arrives frozen. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 5 days.
