Serves 4 | Ready in 30 mins
With the rich natural flavours from our grass fed beef, tangy chilli and caramelised garlic, these noodles make for a quick cook yet utterly tasty bowl.
- 400g Beef mince
- 3 Nests of egg noodles
- 1 Stock cube
- 2 Red chillies, slices
- A humb-size piece of fresh ginger, grated
- 3 Spring onions, finely chopped (save some of the green for topping)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 Cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame or vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds to top
Heat a large pan or wok on high heat on the hob, dash in the oil then add in the mince, crumbled stock cube, crushed garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar to caramelise. While this is doing it's thing, and remembering to stir fairly regularly, cook your egg noodles in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
Add the noodles in with the beef once it's cooked through, and add the chillies and spring onions.
Allow it all to get friendly and the noodles to soak up some of that savoury flavour, then pour into a bowl, sprinkle on some sesame seeds and tuck in.
